Networking Lunch - "Thriving on Change"
Do you thrive on change or flee from it? Change can seem scary but can also bring opportunity. Susan McFarland ’83 began her career as a staff auditor and ultimately became the Chief Financial Officer of a $3.2 Trillion company. (Yes, that’s Trillion with a “T”.)
Susan’s path to the C-Suite was anything but smooth. Her 35-year career spanned the oil bust and Texas bank failures in the 1980s, countless mergers and acquisitions, increasingly stringent regulation, and the impact of the Great Recession on Banks and the Mortgage Industry.
When others fled from these changes, Susan thrived on the opportunity to propel her career forward. Join us on Tuesday, June 14th, and learn her secrets and how you and your career can “Thrive on Change”.
