Networking Lunch - Understanding Behavioral Styles "Why do you do what you do?"
Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Life Coach and Speaker, Erin Robison works with women and men to discover who they are designed to be so that they can experience excellence in their personal and professional lives. While at Texas A&M for both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees, Erin was actively involved in Residence Life, OPAS, Orientation Leaders and many other campus organizations. Her greatest takeaway from her time there is the importance of the “other education” and the power of the Aggie Network.
What motivates you? What sends your stress level through the roof? Learning about behavioral styles builds the capacity to understand yourself and others – improving communication and relationships in all areas of life.
What motivates those around you? How can you avoid raising their stress level? Improve personal relationships, build better teams, manage stress – these are just some of the benefits to understanding behavioral styles.
