My law practice focuses on representing commercial clients in all aspects of business activity, including complex business contract negotiation and preparation, mergers and acquisitions, employment issues, real estate transactions, lease issues, entity formation, equipment acquisition and financing, complex dispute resolution, trade secret protection, insurance coverage issues, collection issues, administrative law issues, and general strategic business planning. Additionally, I have managed all aspects of my law firm, and I have assisted my law partners with litigation matters.

Previously, I was a Commercial Litigator in Austin, Texas. My overall litigation experience includes handling all stages of litigation, such as drafting petitions and answers, drafting discovery requests and responses, legal research and writing, and preparing various pretrial motions. I have taken and defended depositions, argued pre-trial and trial motions and attended mediations and arbitrations. I have also met with clients to develop a case and trial strategy based on the clients’ needs.
