Gina Joseph is an Assistant General Counsel for The Texas A&M University System in College Station, Texas. She practices in both the Property & Construction and Business Law & Intellectual Property sections in the Office of General Counsel. In the Property & Construction section, Ms. Joseph's practice focuses on real estate acquisitions, sales, leases and easements. Her business law practice involves representing the System and its members in commercial transactions, purchasing and contracts.
