Animation
Animated GIFs accepted with the following criteria:

Cannot continually play/loop

Flash animation accepted with the following criteria:

Must run at 15 fps
Cannot continually play/loop
Multiple state buttons accepted after discretionary review
Link must be embedded in the actual swf
