Brian Bishop is the class of ’91 with a degree in Kinesiology. Brian is a second generation Aggie and Corps member. He and his dad, Joe Bishop ’64, were both proud member of Sq. 2. While in the Corps of Cadets he participated in Fish Camp, Aggie Muster, Big Brothers/Sister mentoring program, was a Ross Volunteer and X.O. of First Group Staff. After graduating from Texas A&M, Brian went to work for State Farm Insurance for 11 years with the last half of his State Farm career spent investigating insurance fraud in the Greater Houston area. In January 2005, Brian began his career with the Texas A&M Foundation in the office of gift planning handling the San Antonio and South Texas region. On August 25, 2008 he assumed his current position at the Foundation as Director of Development for the Corps of Cadets.
Since moving to College Station in 1999, Brian served as and officer of the Brazos County A&M Club for four years, holding the position of President in 2003. He also severed as President of the local A&M Quarterback Club but is in no way responsible for the teams past performance.
Brian’s wife of nearly 11 years, Kimberly, is a native of Victoria, Texas. They have two children, Hailey ’22 and Brandon ’25.
